Consumer App Updates: Dynamic Rewards & Offers Tab

Automated loyalty marketing through the app now includes more dynamic offers all in one place in the app, and we've added two new points-based weekly ordering incentives


joe's smart loyalty program does the heavy lifting of incentivizing and reengaging your customers to visit more often and increase average ticket, ultimately growing your bottom line. This product update includes three releases related to joe's built in loyalty.

The latest release of the joe consumer app includes a new joe Rewards tab giving customers further insight into their rewards. From here, customers can view their most recent reward points earned and redeemed wrapped up in an intuitive design. This ledger will track points from purchases, reward redemptions, referral bonuses, and bonus offers such as Foodie Friday.

Offers Now All in One Place

Our latest update to the joe consumer app includes a dynamic Offers tab that centralizes all personalized promotions, deals and discounts, and push notifications. 

This Offers tab will stay up to date with the customers' latest personalized offers as well evergreen incentives including Refer-a-Friend, adding funds to their joe balance, and linking their bank account with ACH integration

More Dynamic Loyalty

This update also includes, two additional ordering incentives every week to gamify the ordering experience, keep customers engaged, and keep your shop top of mind.  To encourage even more spending and offer more opportunities to reengage your customers, this latest update now includes two new weekly offers, Monday Mania and Foodie Friday. 

Weekly loyalty offers now include:

  • Monday Mania - Customers earn an extra 100 points when they order on Mondays
  • Double Points Wednesday - Customers earn 2x points all day when they order on joe
  • Foodie Friday - Customers earn an extra 75 points when they order food items on Friday

But these daily incentives aren't just a bonus for customers, they are also beneficial to the shop. In fact, we see a 20-30% increase in purchase behavior among customers on double points days and a 50% increase in the number of customers that order 2+ times in the same day.

These loyalty incentives will live in the Offers Tab in the joe Consumer app, and customers will receive push notifications for the extra nudge they may need to place an order.
