And that's not all, customers can now add a Regular Item, complete with all of their favorite modifiers, and go-to favorite store directly from their my joe page, making reordering even more simple. 

We have also recently introduced a new consumer inbox where customers can find their notifications, personalized offers, and more! It's totally awesome!

Lastly, for coffee shop partners using the joe Point of Sale, the device customers interact with during checkout prominently showcases your brand and includes additional prompts for a seamless checkout experience.

Second, Boss Baristas

Our dedicated product team has been working tirelessly throughout 2023 to create a robust and reliable product for your talented baristas.

With the fast-paced environment behind the bar, we understand the importance of improved speeds. Which is why we've invested heavily in web socket development. Web sockets are a technology that allows joe to have a more instant connection and response, where requests (such as processing a payment) are exchanged in real-time. With the update of version 3.0 in the app store, baristas will notice far greater speeds across the checkout flow, as well as the order status screen. 

Other improvements baristas will take note of include enhanced menu navigation features like the search bar and on-screen prompts for a seamless checkout experience.

Lastly, the release of the "Manage Funds" button, as seen above, at checkout has been a significant development. Baristas can now easily grant store credits to customers, and customers can also purchase loyalty cards for their favorite stores.

Lastly, Shop Owners

Coffee shop owners have definitely noticed the positive impact our updates have had on their valued customers and hardworking baristas this year.

Not only have we made our product more stable and reliable through an upgrade of websockets, but we also now offer Point of Sale hardware backed by Verizon to ensure coffee shops we partner with never go offline. 

Additionally we've made updates to the reporting dashboard on the joe device have been incredibly significant. Now, baristas, managers, and shop owners can easily filter reports by day and conveniently print or reprint reporting till receipts for effortless reconciliation.
