Tips for the optimal curbside experience
- Step 1 - Offer customers an easy way to order ahead, either through mobile ordering with joe or over the phone to your shop
- Step 2 - Baristas fulfill the order right away and notify the customer when it's ready!
- Step 3 - Provide a designated pick-up zone for quick curbside pick up
- Step 4 - Baristas walk the customer's order out as soon as they arrive. joe's "I've arrived" feature on the consumer app notifies baristas when the customer has pulled in.
Pro tip: For an added layer of precaution, set a table on the sidewalk of the pick up zone. Baristas can set the drink down on the table, and the customer can pick it up.
