Learning about Jebena at Cafe Avole

There is something special about walking into a coffee shop you've never been to before and anticipating your first sip of a new drink. Every shop brings it's own philosophy and approach to a craft that is as diverse as the owners that pour their heart into every cup.

No one embodies what makes independent coffee great quite like Solomon Dubie of Cafe Avole in Hillman city. Featuring exclusively Ethiopian beans in all of his drinks, his signature drink is brewed in an Ethiopian ceramic container called a Jebena.

Slowly brewed, the coffee isn't for those on the go.  Go with a friend and enjoy the slow brewed goodness with some good conversation and a mouthwatering pastry that Solomon sources from his friends down the road at Beach Bakery.
