## Join the conversation and help recession-proof indie coffee shops

Let’s face it, in the past 3 years, from rising inflation and supply chain issues, to lasting impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, small businesses have been hit hard. More coffee shop partners are taking a deep dive into the books and reaching out to the joe team for ways to save opportunities to grow. 

Our goal at joe is always to *help* coffee shop owners through [tools and technology](https://grow.joe.coffee/for-coffee-shops) that maximize workflow and [automate loyalty](https://grow.joe.coffee/loyalty-marketing-built-for-coffee), because we know that owners have enough to juggle, especially now. 

So to shape our path forward, and better serve our partners, [we’ve created a short survey](https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/N69N5VB) (we timed it, only 2-minutes!) about the realities shop owners are facing around labor, supplies, and more.
